Our client is a highly repuatble commercial interior design company with a good record of large MNC clients.
Responsibilities
- Handling all project administration documents (Submission of PTW, schedule, BOQ, tender documents, etc)
- Key account management
- Plan and execute every project up to the client’s expectation
- (Manging the project from start to finish including coordination with sub-contractors, managing client’s expectation, submission of report, chairing project meetings, etc)
- Build up the company’s portfolio
- Plan and nurture a capable team of individuals aiming for the same goal (Arranging manpower, materials and schedule of works)
- Mitigate project risk by identifying them early and proposing alternative solutions to fall back on if situation arises
- Controlling project budget and ensure all VO are taken into account and coordinated with client.
- Completing the project on-time and on-budget as per client’s expectation.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Must have at least 7-10 years’ design within the design and build sector, specifically with commercial office projects.
- Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage client expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
