Job Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.
· Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders.
· Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
· Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
· Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner.
· Process bills and handle payments accurately at the counter.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
· Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
· Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality.
· Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
· Other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned by Director or Chef.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
