Job Requirements:
- Provide administration, operational and secretariat support for RDU, in the areas of research, data, programmes and events management
- Coordinate partnership engagements with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and process procurement matters ie: payment request, purchase requisition, grants and invoices
- Maintainance of stakeholders databases
- Facilitate day to day operational matters
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Post-Secondary qualifications with some relevant work experiences
- Meticulous with good planning, writing, communication, organisational and time management skills
- Good skills in using office computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and databases
- Experiences and exposure in social services/education/charities organisation will be an advantage
