We're looking for a Assistant Product Manager (B2B) for ZigBiz, a corporate expense billing platform, to lead the development of the product to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients managing corporate travel and expenses. This involves deeply understanding customer requirements, building seamless billing and expense tracking solutions, and aligning the product's features with business objectives. The Product Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance the platform’s functionality, streamline integrations, and ensure ZigBiz delivers a scalable, efficient, and user-friendly experience for corporate clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet client needs and business goals.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to prioritize features, address client feedback, and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Monitor product performance, gather data-driven insights, and implement enhancements to optimize client satisfaction and business outcomes.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products or corporate expense management solutions.
- Experience with stakeholder management, working closely with clients, engineering teams, and external partners to deliver successful product outcomes.
- Proven track record in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, or similar for managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and feature prioritization
- Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., PowerBI) to inform product decisions and measure performance
- Understanding of APIs and experience working with integration of third-party systems, such as ERP or accounting software, to ensure seamless data flow
- Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum frameworks, with the ability to manage sprints and collaborate effectively with development teams
