Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable design strategies.
- Develop and maintain information architecture for digital products, ensuring logical and seamless user journeys.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
- Collaborate with the UI design team to create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces.
- Ensure consistency in design language and branding across all digital platforms.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback.
- Use testing insights to refine and improve designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to non-designers.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects and design solutions
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of front-end development technologies and constraints
