RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming calls.
- Carry out basic admin duties such as filing, data entry, scanning/sorting documents and reports
- Support sales team with coordination of orders/samples
- Support coordination of import/export shipments
- Process quotations/invoices/POs/goods receipt
- Support coordination of daily delivery
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time with different departments as and when required
REQUIREMENT
- Immediate Full-Time position available
- Good team player, pro-active, meticulous and organized
- Problem solver who enjoys working closely with people
- Pays strong attention to details esp when capturing data
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Office 365, Excel, Teams etc)
- Ability to multitask and also work independently
- Possess a positive learning attitude
