Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations, including facility inspections, maintenance coordination, and locker management for staff and clients.
- Manage staff rosters, supervise daily tasks, and ensure cleanliness across all spa areas.
- Maintain adequate inventory of spa supplies and amenities, ensuring that all equipment is in proper working order.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and contract renewals.
- Ensure all operational procedures align with company policies and regulatory requirements to provide a safe and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a spa or hospitality administration role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in facility management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in staff supervision.
- Proficiency in basic office software and inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Relevant qualifications in spa management or hospitality are preferred.
