Location: Tampines Secondary School, 252 Tampines Street 12, Singapore 529427
Contract Period: 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025 (Option to extend for 12 months)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 6:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- No services required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:Attend to walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and other forms of requests from students, parents, and visitors.
Provide concierge services, including making phone calls to parents/partners on behalf of the school.
- Student Attendance and Monitoring:Follow up on student attendance, late-coming, and early dismissals.
Monitor the well-being of students in the sick bay and follow up on their movements.
- Administrative Duties:Administer room key issuance and track key movement.
Manage the delivery and return of items or documents by staff, students, and parents.
Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the school.
Qualifications:
- Education: Full GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in frontline customer service.
- Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A pleasant and confident personality.
Preferred Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a front office receptionist, preferably in a secondary school.
- Certifications in skills relevant to front office reception and administration are an added advantage.
