Job Function:
- Responsible for monitoring of day-to-day Accounts Payable Function
- Responsible for monitoring of day to day Inventories and Year end stock take
- Review and allocation of daily cash management within the Group
- Oversee accounting staff in Accounts Payable & Inventory Team to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
- Monthly PowerBi reporting
- Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting ar ACCA
- Minimun 8 years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Inventory and full book experience
Knowlegde, Skills, Abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and analytical skills
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Good team player and independent
- Able to follow up and coordinate with inter-department
