What You’ll Do:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
- Collaborate with clients in various industries like finance, tech, and healthcare to understand their talent needs and source the right candidates.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and networking with potential candidates for future roles.
- Utilize social media and job boards to find qualified candidates and headhunt passive talent.
- Work with business units to execute recruitment campaigns, corporate events, and job fairs.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires and support the HR team with exit interviews and other administrative tasks.
