Job Description:
- Manage full spectrum of operational HR functions including HR policies, recruitment and retentions, compensations and benefits, work pass processes and employee relations, etc
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain staff
- Manage the full hiring process (Job posting, screen resumes, conduct interviews, selecting candidates, job offers)
- Resolve workplace conflicts, staff grievances, disciplinary issues and termination
- Handle end to end annual appraisal exercise
- Support and administrate all salary related payments
- Negotiate for yearly renewable company insurance policies
- Monthly payroll checking
- Provide support for company events
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR supervisory experience
- Strong experience in managing employee relationships, Learning and Development, and Compensation and Benefits
- Have good knowledge and understanding of employment law compliance
- Knowledgeable in HR policies and procedures
- Abilities in managing leavers ‘exit’ interview and clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
