Job Description:


  • Manage full spectrum of operational HR functions including HR policies, recruitment and retentions, compensations and benefits, work pass processes and employee relations, etc
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain staff
  • Manage the full hiring process (Job posting, screen resumes, conduct interviews, selecting candidates, job offers)
  • Resolve workplace conflicts, staff grievances, disciplinary issues and termination
  • Handle end to end annual appraisal exercise
  • Support and administrate all salary related payments
  • Negotiate for yearly renewable company insurance policies
  • Monthly payroll checking
  • Provide support for company events
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR supervisory experience
  • Strong experience in managing employee relationships, Learning and Development, and Compensation and Benefits
  • Have good knowledge and understanding of employment law compliance
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies and procedures
  • Abilities in managing leavers ‘exit’ interview and clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
