Job Description
- Manage accounts receivables, including invoicing, collections, daily reconciliation and banking duties.
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Understands and ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and time effectively.
Requirements
- Diploma, "A" Levels, or related field.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting (Qirom, Quickbooks etc).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High integrity and ethical standards in managing financial transactions.
Additional
- Micro-credentials in accounting of finance related field are highly preferred.
- Understanding of fundraising processes and donor management will be an added advantage.
