Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Installer (Lock System) located in Singapore. Our client is a leading local business in Singapore that brings cutting-edge technology to smart home appliances. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining smart lock products at customers’ homes. The role involves travelling to customer locations, providing product training, and ensuring the locks function properly after installation. You will need to follow a daily schedule to complete tasks efficiently, all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude with customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting installation and repair activities, replenishing equipment and spare parts as needed, and ensuring the upkeep of the company vehicle. Other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as required. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities are essential for this role.
Qualifications:
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred.
- Willingness to fulfill urgent and ad-hoc appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
