Working hours: 5 days work week. Rotating shifts 11am - 9pm / 11.30am - 9.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of retail staff for day to-day sales and operations duties
- Plan duty roster and sales targets
- Deliver good customer service in fast paced environment
- Maintain Visual Display and Merchandising of retail store according to company’s standard
- Guide staff on POS and Cashiering transaction
- Conduct on-the-job training and customer service training for the retail staff
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years' supervisory experience in retail industry
- Able to work on weekends
