Role Overview:
The Services Lead will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of Aspect CTRM solutions, providing both functional and technical leadership. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes while also contributing to sales efforts. Your role will require expertise in Aspect scripting, as well as experience in commodities risk management across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle Aspect CTRM implementations, from planning through execution and delivery.
- Independently manage project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
- Provide both functional and technical expertise, including Aspect scripting and system configuration.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Drive Aspect CTRM sales initiatives, identifying opportunities and engaging with prospective clients.
- Offer expert guidance in commodities risk management, focusing on agriculture, metals, and energy.
- Deliver training and support to clients and internal teams as required.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience with Aspect CTRM, including independent project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Aspect scripting and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of commodities risk management, particularly in agriculture, metals, and energy markets.
- Proven ability to manage both the functional and technical aspects of CTRM implementations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales for CTRM solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
