Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and technologies in the hardware and power tools sector
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers
- Follow up on leads and previous sales to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
