Job Description
- Tender surveying (Via online portal/ newspaper), checking of documents and understanding of specifications.
- Preparation of tender including bill of quantities (BQ), request quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
- Submission of Quotation and Tender Documents.
- Coordinate with Project Manager with regard to the progress of work thereby assessing sub-contractor and supplier progress payment.
- Prepare monthly progress claim/variation order for submission.
- Prepare ACMV drawings according to project requirements or tender specifications.
- Review, analyze and modify drawings to meet the submission requirements.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in drafting with AutoCAD software.
- Familiar with ACMV /HVAC Systems.
- Minimum with 3 years of local experience.
