Job Description
JobTech is a product start-up looking to solve real world labour problems and deliver the best possible experience to our end users. We're seeking passionate, self-motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
- Extract insights from raw data and present them clearly through reports, visualisations, or analysis.
- Assist sales and marketing teams by generating and maintaining statistical reports and data.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate and improve JobTech’s data engine, including but not limited to data curation and model improvement.
- Address client queries on JobTech’s data and analytics solutions, validations and capabilities.
- Independently diagnose and resolve data quality issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Propose, manage and build long term solutions to improve data integrity (both engineering and people management aspects).
- Research, evaluate and experiment on new data models or improvements on existing models.
Requirements
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about data analytic techniques, and willing to pick up new skills/tools.
- Proficient in Python (for data analytics) and SQL, 1 to 2 years of experience is required.
- Willingness to engage in solutioning discussions and resolving data related issues as and when required for external clients
- Hands-on experience with text mining or NLP will be a plus.
- Experience with interactive visualisations or dashboard frameworks such as Plotly and Dash is an added advantage.

- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and enforce data protection measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest security trends and continuously improve the JobTech's security posture.
