In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a luxury shopping experience for our customers. - Represent the luxury brand in a positive and professional manner
- Engage with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-up communication and personalized product recommendations
- Promote brand awareness and drive sales through clienteling and outreach
