- Provide guidance and support to team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and promote professional development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless integration of technical components.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for software development, testing, and deployment. Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of products or services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and performance.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in related discipline
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and technology stacks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing priorities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
