Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective risk governance and offer balanced, strong oversight for the Group's lending operations, aligning business growth with credit risk management.
- Recommend enhancements to the Group's existing credit processes.
- Conduct independent credit evaluations and approvals as part of the Group's regular business activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with strong grasp of the Hire Purchase Act would be an added advantaged.
- Strong leadership ability to lead and manage teams
