Element has an opportunity for an Invoicing Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process cycle and resolving client queries.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch of invoices to multi-national customer and perform reconciliation
- Ensure invoices are loaded onto customer portal timely
- Resolve queries and liaise with the Client where applicable
- Liaise with relevant departments and customers to resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting of invoices produced
- Review receipt and the reporting process for month end
- Support the Customer Services team reporting and auditing requirements along with the general administration duties
- Ensure compliance to and maintenance of internal controls in accordance with the business
Skills / Qualifications
- Educated to graduate level or equivalent and experienced in a reporting / finance role including raising invoices
- Ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis, as well as communicate on all levels and able to operate under pressure and work to meet deadlines
- Attentive to detail, including accurate data entry skills
- Good ERP system skills and adequate knowledge of MS Office including Excel
