The SKILT Centre – the SpecialKids Intervention, Learning and Therapy Centre established in collaboration with SpecialKids Child Health & Development Clinic, provides a holistic series of programmes that target individuals aged 2 and upwards, through teenage years.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, coach and assist Customer Service Officers/Service Relations Officers (SRO)
- Oversee transitions, such as staff handover and schedule changes
- Identify and resolve Operations issues
- Work with various stakeholders to identify potiential service gaps
- Cover centre counter as and when there is manpower shortage
- Ensure operations conform to organization standards
- Ensure compliance with government requirements
- Facilitating cross-channel feedback from clients and employees to management
- Generating reports for management to provide insight into the efficiency of the organization
- Room and resource allocations for therapists and teachers
- Development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures for consistency of operations
- Engaging and liaising with vendors for maintenance and repairs of premises

8:30 am - 6pm

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Facilities and/or IT knowledge is an advantage
- Supervisory / leadership experience
- Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply
