About the Role:
We are looking for skilled CTP operators who are proficient in PC Equios Layout Software is preferred, if not familiar with it, our company can provide on-the-job training and publishing, and issue work orders.
We will train you to understand the basic book folding process and how to Layout Saddle Stich / Perfect / Thread sewn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare print files ensuring high resolution, proper bleed, and correct formatting.
- Resize and layout files to prepare for casting output plates.
- Produce and evaluate mock-up samples to check color accuracy against print requirements.
- Perform photo and image editing tailored to layout specifications.
- Conduct thorough proof checks on files to guarantee accuracy before printing.
- Operate machinery to cast plates for offset printing and manage digital print production to ensure smooth workflows.
- Communicate clearly in English and liaise with clients to meet project specifications and expectations.
- Complete projects on time, showcasing strong attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Work independently and under pressure, maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
