Our client is seeking a Retail Store Operations member to support the team in ensuring smooth retail operations and support the sales staff.
- Be responsible for store day-to-day maintenance and coordinate with suppliers and Head Office.
- Supervise the allocation of staff uniforms: fitting, order, remittance, alterations, dry cleaning, spare uniforms
- Unpack arrival stock if necessary
- Help to welcome and serve customers while pending for the sales staff.
- Provide assistance for the sales staff and run errands if necessary
- Manage uniform-related tasks, such as allocating uniforms to new staff, handling staff returns, addressing replenishment needs, and maintaining the budget and inventory.
- Responsible for the business performance of all service-related operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Possesses basic to intermediate competence in Excel
- Positive, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
- Prior work experience in the retail/luxury industry will be advantageous
