- To assist sales team with paperwork, filing and admin tasks
- Issuance of job sheets, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices
- Keep track and record of paperwork
- Issuance of schedule papers for teams - typing out details, timing, and attaching the necessary visuals
- Familiar with using office software (Eg: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Issuance of petty cash vouchers
- Submission of complete filed documents to accounts manager
- Other administrative tasks
