Responsibilities
- Work with leaders to align HR strategies with business needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Help manage changes within the organization.
- Identify training needs and assist with employee development.
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- Handle Hands on HR Operations duties
- Support the strategic programme initiative
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant disciplines
- Prior HR operations experience
- At least 6 - 8 years of experience
