Finance Admin Officer

Masjid Al-mawaddah

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day financial transactions in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Administer the execution of donation collections and petty cash management
  • Provide general administrative support for effective mosque operation
  • Handle customer service duties in the absence of Corporate Support Officer
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Higher Nitec in Accounting or relevant working experience in a similar administrative/finance role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office applications is preferred
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, disciplined, able to work independently and a team player
  • Able to work on weekends to support occasional mosque events and/or programmes
