Key Responsibilities
- Perform day to day financial transactions in compliance with policies and procedures
- Administer the execution of donation collections and petty cash management
- Provide general administrative support for effective mosque operation
- Handle customer service duties in the absence of Corporate Support Officer
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Accounting or relevant working experience in a similar administrative/finance role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office applications is preferred
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, disciplined, able to work independently and a team player
- Able to work on weekends to support occasional mosque events and/or programmes
