Job Responsibilities:
- Manage food service clearing system at the pantry premises.
- Collect, clean, wash, sanitize and dry all soiled wares ( mild washing)
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and sanitized at all time, including floors, walls, dishwashing machines, storage equipment’s, shelves, chillers and any other related equipment’s.
- Track Waste Disposal Daily
- Dispose food waste at designated area
- Ensure proper usage of all cleaning equipment’s, and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
- Responsible for all usage and security of cleaning chemicals used.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients and government.
- Wear hair net and glove when handling food
- Assist in daily food display preparation, presentation & clearing (breakfast, lunch & happy hours)
- Provide professional and courteous service at all times
- Keep all food counters and display clean and tidy at all time
- Ensure food displays, serving gears, cutleries and napkins are in place and available to customers/users at all time.
- Serve food in the assigned plates in the portions accordingly
- Assist in pantry stock up daily duties
- Assign PT to complete daily task
- Keep immediate supervisor informed and updated related to Operations matters.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
- Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
- Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
- Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a secondary education
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Customer-service oriented personality
- Proactive, friendly and pleasant characteristics
- Efficient interaction level and proficient in delivering great customer service
- Able to communicate skills and team player
