Indoor Sales Executive

B T S Industries (s) Pte Ltd

Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

• Identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to maximize conversion.


Sales Management:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.|


Cold Calling:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.

• Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value proposition.

• Schedule appointments or demonstrations as needed to close sales.

• Track and report on the effectiveness of cold calling efforts.


Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for account management and growth.


Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for sales improvement.
