Contract Aircraft Technicians
- Relevant Nitec/diploma qualifications in Aerospace Technology/ Aerospace Engineering/ Engineering (Aerospace)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the aviation industry as a full-time aircraft technician, excluding OJT (On Job Training), helper and assistant technician.

- Proactive and keen interest to learn
- Willing to do 12-hour shift (Moring or Night) or rotating shifts,standby.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Aircraft Technician (Cabin)
- Perform cabin maintenance of assigned aircrafts
- Perform Cabin Job as per OEM approved Repair Manual and Repair Disposition
- Assist LAE and Supervisory Lead to perform damage/repair assessment
- To perform basic airframe task as required to facilitate access removal for Cabin repair
- Required excellent tool maintenance and housekeeping practices.
- Carry out other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job as directed by the Supervisor
- Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery of service
- To assist aircraft engineers & technician with regard to daily maintenance activities on the aircraft as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
- Handling of chemicals for work
- Maintenance and repairing of aircraft cabins.
- Maintain, repair and restore cargo compartments and its components.
- Able to carry out simple sheet metal repair and paint touch up in the aircraft cabin.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies and faulty equipment
2) Aircraft Technician (A&C)
- Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks or defects.
- Read and utilize maintenance manuals, ATA codes, illustrated parts catalogues, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot, repair, carry out maintenance and complete work assignments.
- Maintain, repair, aircraft structures, components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, fuel systems, gaskets, and seals.
- Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of equipment’s and aircraft components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, or diagrams to conform during installation, maintenance or operation activities.
- Perform inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear
- Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the Regulatory Authority.
- Promote safety and quality within the workplace ensuring all tasks are performed within the technical manual procedures, and communicate with other technicians, supervisors and licensed aircraft maintenance engineers to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns
- Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance
- Keep detailed maintenance records of the inspections performed, repairs performed, maintenance procedures and ordered parts.
3) Aircraft Technician (Avionics)
- Install electrical or electronic components, assemblies and systems in aircraft.
- Lay out installation of aircraft components, following documentation such as aircraft manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Set up and operate ground support and test equipment to perform functional flight tests of electrical and electronic systems.
- Test and troubleshoot malfunctioning aircraft systems according to aircraft manuals.
- Test and troubleshoot instruments, components, and assemblies, using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, or voltmeters.
- Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning. Troubleshoot equipment or systems operation problems.
- Install, inspect, test, adjust, or repair avionics equipment, such as radar, radio, navigation, and missile control systems in aircraft.
- Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the FAA.
- Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns.
- Keep records of maintenance and repair work. Maintain repair or maintenance records.
- Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance.
- Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts.
- Carry out servicing (Before Flight/Turn Round/After Flight inspection), schedule servicing, and troubleshooting and defect rectification on military aircrafts.
- Support daily production and deployable to outstation project works when necessary.
- Inspection of parts from suppliers conforming to stated specifications.
4) Aircraft Technician (Sheetmetal)
- Able to repair, perform maintenance checks and modifies the full range of aircraft structural components and body structures as per SRM
- Experience in identifying structural/airframe defects and determining the repairs required.
- Knowledgeable in repair work (component repair/sheetmetal structure) as per SRM/CMM
- Able to fabricate airframe sheet metal parts, subsystem assemblies’ components.
- Able to identify, remove and manage aircraft corrosions while ensuring aerodynamics smoothness.
- Comfortable in using equipment/tools/machinery.
- Able interpret and use engineering drawings.
- Able to repair, perform maintenance checks and modifies the full range of aircraft structural components and body structures.
- Experience in inspecting defects and determining the repairs required.
- Able to fabricate airframe sheet metal parts, service aviation, subsystem assemblies’ components and perform operational checks to ensure aircraft is in line with regulations and safety requirements.
- Able to identify, remove and manage aircraft corrosions while ensuring aerodynamics smoothness.
- Comfortable in using precision equipment/tools/machinery.
5) Aircraft Technician (Engine)
- Perform disassembly/ assembly of engine/ module for repair and overhaul Install engine components onto the engine/ module Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance works
- Relevant technical certificate Experience in aviation industry
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities.
- Perform hourly, daily and monthly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear
- Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the FAA.
- Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns

6) Aircraft Technician (Composite)
- Performs repairs of aircraft leading edges including boot replacement, floor panels, and composite repairs
- Ensures safety rules and regulations are complied with always.
- Perform minor and complex structural repairs on components detached or attached to aircraft including, but not limited to flight controls, doors, engine inlet and cowlings, stabilizers, radomes and horizontal to vertical stabilizer close-out fairings at on-site or off-site locations
- Ensure parts are repaired according to Airworthiness and Aircraft Manual
- Identify unserviceable parts and initiate parts requisitions
- Ensuring working areas are kept clean and free of all hazardous equipment
- Tools and equipment under his/her control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used for the jobs.
7) Aircraft Technician (Painter)
- Painting of aircraft components detached or attached to aircraft including, but not limited to flight controls, doors, engine inlet and cowlings, stabilizers, radomes and horizontal to vertical stabilizer close-out fairings.
- Vapour degreasing and masking process.
8) Aircraft Technician (Planner)
- Planners will have an entire aircraft assigned to them at any one time, he/she must be able to work independently He/she has to monitor a project's status to ensure that timelines are met and that client/customer needs are taken care of promptly
- Ensure the completion of aircraft maintenance job cards for smooth line maintenance operations
- Create maintenance schedules, individual releases and maintains work orders.
- To assist in preparing all the necessary documentation required in an aircraft project.
- To manage the dock control room during aircraft maintenance, administrate the related documentation, and account for all the worksheets applicable to the aircraft project.
- To perform data input and update of aircraft work records.
- To assist other departments for services related to the aircraft project.
- Monitor the compliance requirements of the checks and its associated tasks
- Review & schedule all maintenance tasks and preparation of Works Program.
- Develop & provision for material & tooling requirement and co-ordinate with other operational departments for smooth tasks execution.
- Implement and track approved modification programs.
- Coordinate with the MRO on the completion of tasks and follow-up with any discrepancies or issues.
- Support issuance of adhoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
