1. Attending to sites complaints/ requests/meetings
2. Issuing of quotations/invoices based on schedule of rate
3. Arranging and scheduling for works, PTW for work
4. Committed, Responsible with Cheerful Disposition.
5. Building maintenance or renovation work background knowledge
6. Year of experience - Minimum of 3 years working experience in project admin work. Preferred with work experience in the Construction sector.
