Job Summary:
The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of pawnshop operations. Trainees will learn about customer service, inventory management, financial transactions, and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of the pawnshop.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with transactions and inquiries.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures.
- Help manage inventory, including receiving, pricing, and displaying items.
- Conduct appraisals of items brought in for pawning.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in retail or financial services is a plus.
