Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the project, to implement and execute works according to standards and specifications, and ensure the project is completed on schedule.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders and local Authorities to facilitate timely completion of the project.
  • Attend meetings with project and technical team to resolve the query raised by clients.
  • Coordinate and follow up the technical clarification with HQ.
  • Able to work independently and being proactive in responding to issues.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electronic//Electrical / mechanical/Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.)
  • Required skill(s): MS Office and drawing software.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with strong passion in project management, marketing.
  • Self-motivated and able to leverage on team.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.
