Job Description
- The Project Admin performs all administrative functions concerned with the project.
- Assist Project Manager in updating various manpower schedule and submitting on various government web portal.
- Maintain project filing system for safe keeping important documents including but not limited to drawings,ISO documents, safety documents, correspondence with consultants and government authorities, original site staff attendance records and workers’ time cards.
- Provides administrative support to project Safety Officer in terms of maintaining, updating safety data base, safety training record and report and assist with safety submission.
- Maintains, updates, and distributes environmental/safety policies and procedures documentation.
- Raise acquisition stationery, IT software and hardware procurement. Maintain project fixed assets register and monitoring site stationery usage.
- Manage Photo Copy Machine and keep track of copier and pager usage by site staff and subcontractor staff. Provide monthly usage report to Project Manager.
- Consolidate site workers monthly payroll information from architecture and structure teams. Responsible for monthly worker’s salary compilation and submission.
- Provide basic IT and administrative support to HDB consultant and facilitate various site meeting.
- Compile and submit monthly site petty cash claim.
- Compose correspondence to company personnel and external agencies as required.
- Answers phones and refers calls to appropriate personnel or provides requested information.
- Perform adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience as Site Admin or Safety Admin.
- Good command of English in order to liaise with relevant government agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
