Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.

- Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Training and Development:Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Support employees’ career development and performance management processes.
- Compliance and Policy Management:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Administration:Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and performance.
- Benefits and Compensation:Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
Support payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
