The Executive in Employers Outreach will play a crucial role in executing ATO accreditation processes and ATO management, and supporting engagements to grow the Singapore Chartered Accountants Qualification (SCAQ) candidate community and expand the pool of Authorised Training Organizations (ATOs). Reporting to the Associate Director of Market Growth, this position contributes to the organisation's success by driving candidate and employer engagement, which directly impacts ISCA’s growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accreditation and re-accreditation processes for employers under the programme.
- Support and implement candidate engagement plans, events, and communications to build a cohesive SCAQ candidate community.
- Execute strategies to attract candidates from ATOs to the SCAQ and ensure their successful enrolment for examinations.
- Engage with employers and their SCAQ candidates to gather feedback and improve the SCAQ programme.
- Conduct outreach activities to convert companies and professional services firms into ISCA’s Corporate Members.
- Support in managing corporate reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employer engagement, candidate enrolment growth, and departmental initiatives.
- Collaborate with centralized marketing, admissions, and curriculum development teams to ensure cohesive candidate journeys and alignment with broader organisational strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business development, outreach marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working in or with the accountancy education sector or in a related field focused on outreach and partnership development.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in planning and executing outreach initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build partnerships.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in outreach or partnership building is highly valued.
