Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office’s day to day Office administrative related work and duties.
  • Managing Company employees and company insurance.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee datas.
  • Prepare and coordinate worker's work permit application / renewal / cancellation.
  • Coordinate with clients for arrangement of site induction.
  • Coordinate and arranging workers safety courses.
  • Manage and follow up on Office Admin functions such as office supplies, equipment, facilities repairs and maintenance.
  • Preparation of company claim invoice and follow up on payments.
  • Maintaining the company accounts and filling, ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and annual financial reporting of full set accounts including AP, AR and GL, reconciliation, etc.
  • Filing of GST monthly
  • Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
  • Manage and follow up on workers site working time card and preparation of Employee Salary.
  • Preparation of workers Pay Slip
