Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for office’s day to day Office administrative related work and duties.
- Managing Company employees and company insurance.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee datas.
- Prepare and coordinate worker's work permit application / renewal / cancellation.
- Coordinate with clients for arrangement of site induction.
- Coordinate and arranging workers safety courses.
- Manage and follow up on Office Admin functions such as office supplies, equipment, facilities repairs and maintenance.
- Preparation of company claim invoice and follow up on payments.
- Maintaining the company accounts and filling, ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and annual financial reporting of full set accounts including AP, AR and GL, reconciliation, etc.
- Filing of GST monthly
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
- Manage and follow up on workers site working time card and preparation of Employee Salary.
- Preparation of workers Pay Slip
