Key Responsibilites:
- Perform full sales coordination process such as : customer service support, sales order entry, invoicing management, procurment of goods and making sure that deliveries have been made.
- Attend to call enquires, create new customer account, following up quotation with present and new customers
- Provide general sales support when ever required including preparing proposals & quotation & contract
- Process orders & maintain of company websites
- Update company online presence with latest promotional offering
- Attend to walk-in customer when ever necessary
- Assist in cold calls, email introduction company profile to new customer
- Follow up with Mainland China supplier for import/export documents
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Possess minimum 'N" or 'O' or Higher Education
- Able communicate effectively in english, both spoken and written
- Sales driven and results oriented
- Able to work independently, posses good multi-tasking skill
- Adapt to fast pace enviornment
- Bilingual will be added advantage
Other Information:
- Working hours: 8am - 5.45pm, Monday - Friday
- Performance based commission available
