- Assist the Sales Qualification and After Sales Qualification Managers with various projects and tasks.
- Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and After Sales Qualification, including regional product and brand training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts.
- Monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers.
- Study in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing or relevant other studies
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organised, analytical, and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
- Team-oriented and possesses a good intercultural understanding
