The OE Process Analyst is responsible for improving operational processes and systems to achieve the team's goals. This role involves setting engineering best practices, establishing training standards, and developing monitoring dashboards in collaboration with the OE Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement:
- Identify, analyze, and improve operational processes and systems.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Best Practices and Training:
- Establish and document engineering best practices.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure adherence to standards.
- Dashboard Development:
- Collaborate with the OE Data Analyst to create and maintain performance monitoring dashboards.
- Utilize dashboards to track and analyze process performance.
- Proven experience in process analysis, process improvement, or operations engineering.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational best practices.
- Familiarity with creating performance dashboards and tracking KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple process improvement initiatives.
