We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to lead and oversee Veolia projects development from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on strategic planning, stakeholder management, and efficient execution. The role will also include business development missions and responsibilities on a case by case basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to ensure successful project delivery, through effective communication among stakeholders.
- Create, maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and senior management.
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Analyze project outcomes and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
- Develop business opportunities based on the identified key offers (solicited/ unsolicited) in the target market.
- Manage tender processes, work with key stakeholders (external and internal) to establish technical capabilities, cost model, legal compliance and secure the contract.
- Secure long term service contracts and achieve organisation KPIs.
- Gather market information including change of regulations, competitors and customers’ activities development.
- Identify new market trends, market players, technologies and latest industry development relevant to our business.
