Job Description:
- Oversee M & E works at project site, including inspection works
- Oversee M & E coordination meeting with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, engineering and documentation for all related mechanical and electrical works
- Oversee correspondence with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on all technical matters
- Be familiar with project specifications and technical clarifications
- Review method Statements and ensure no discrepancies, defects, inconsistencies in construction drawings
- Ensures sufficient resources for the timely completion of M&E works in projects
- Coordinates the work with team members, allocate tasks and provides effective supervision of the team's workload and performance
- Provides leadership to team members and effectively resolves any issue that arise
- Motivates, coaches and counsels team members on an ongoing basis to ensure good team work and enhancement of team spirit
Requirement:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- Min 10 years work experience in M&E related projects in the construction industry
- Possess knowledge and technical expertise in the M&E field
- Good leadership and organisation skills, with excellent people management skills
