Project Coordinator

Qxy Resources Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate all various trade works including shop drawings for project

· Supervise and inspect all works carried out by sub-contractors

· Ensure compliance with specifications, and achieve quality aspect.

· Coordinate and liaise with all services with other trades on site

· Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation


Requirements:

· Possess minimum education qualification of a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution

· Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in ID

· Familiar with local building regulation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment

· Strong analytical mind, good organisation skills and strong sense of responsibility

· Strong communication and customer service skills
