Job Responsibilities
- To work with a group of sales team in arranging and managing shipment schedules, filling all documents and communicating relevant information.
- To perform order fulfilment tasks and handle all shipping documentation.
- To handle certificate of origin, bill of lading, invoicing, preparation of packing list and L/C documentation.
- To maintain office filling, updating, and keeping of records
- Warehouse and Inventory management.
- Responsible for end to end supply chain management.
- Coordinate with our logistic vendors for quotes, negotiation, and billings.
- Analyze and submit quotations in vendors’ online portals
- Work together in a closely knitted sales team reporting to the Sales Manager
- Any ad-hoc responsibility as given.
Job Requirements
- Focused & results driven.
- Good team player with strong communication, listening & organizational skills.
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Energetic and have a dynamic logistic personality Preferred skill.
- Knowledge of Supply chain, cargo handling, Cargo Insurance will have added advantage.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills in managing multiple priorities
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice will be an added advantage.
