RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft & establish company standard operating procedures.
- Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to company standard operating procedures.
- Handle staff recruitment process from hiring to evaluating performance
- Review and plan work schedules/shifts to achieve productivity
- Manage costs within the budget without compromising on hygiene and safety standards to meet business results.
- Lead operational initiatives as we open new outlets and central kitchens/food factories.
- Forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Manage supplies (including costs control and minimizing wastage)
- Any other jobs or duties assigned by superior from time to time.
