The Client Service Associate role is suitable for someone who wants a career in wealth management, is comfortable working with a small, yet global, team and a highly regulated financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely customer service to clients
- Customize client portals and respond to general client questions
- Liaise with clients and providers to resolve issues
- New client onboarding documentation
- Generate illustrations across various investment and insurance providers
- Open and maintain client account records
- Assist with office activities including drafting professional emails and letters, filing, and mailings
- Schedule client meetings and client events
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM and other programs
- Understand policies and maintain records required by compliance
- Generate reports for management and regulatory requirements
- Back-up support for other team members

Qualifications:
- Singaporean or PR only
- Wealth management experience preferred
- Bachelor Degree in finance or accounting
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and be a self-starter
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Native/fluent written and spoken English
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Willing to become a CFP professional or similar
