1. Admin
a. Co-ordinate and put in place the requirements of the various ministries and speaker for the week
b. Ensure adequate supplies for the church office and premises.
c. Admin support (such as attendance, resources and photography) for church programmes
d. Work with NLCC ministries to ensure they are on schedule with annual plans.
2. Finance
a. Process payments to vendors and reimbursements for purchases.
b. Update finance statements on donations and tithes received
c. Liaise with outsource accounting firm on the preparation of monthly statements of receipts and expenditures
d. Liaise with auditors on annual audits and submissions to ACRA
3. Others
a. Liaise with contractors on the upkeep of the church premises
b. Liaise with landlord and tenants on tenancy matters
c. Co-ordinator with various ministries on the use of church premises
d. Co-ordinate visits from overseas guests (such as accommodation and meetings)
40 Hour work week, 50% WFH.
Work is inclusive of Sunday mornings.
