Job Description:
You will be given a class of bright young minds to care for. They will be between 7 years to 12 years of age. You will be a part of nurturing and educating our future generation. Your experience, knowledge and expertise will be highly valued in the implementation of centre programs, initiatives, and events.
Working hours: 10am – 7pm; Monday – Friday
School Holidays: 7am – 7pm; Rotating Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Centre Operations: Oversee and ensure the quality and smooth functioning of the centre’s activities and services. Oversee children’s meals and routine care as well as tutoring them in their homework, spelling and assessments.
- Staff Leadership: Provide direction and support to staff, fostering a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment.
- Activity Planning: Organize and coordinate engaging activities and holiday programs for children.
- Character-Building Programs: Develop and implement programs focused on character development for youth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Referral and Assistance: Identify and refer children and families to appropriate resources and support services when needed.
- Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to create and deliver programs that address the needs of children effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with prior experience in giving Tuition Lessons or possess both English and Mandarin content knowledge for primary level homework guidance preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Love working with children
- Responsible
- A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
