This is a 6-month WSG Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) training job opportunity for those who are more than 40 years old.
The training role is to become a Sales Manager for healthcare e-commerce and wellness business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to both "Cura Selects e-commerce platform" and "Doctor Heals wellness" brands.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective sales plans.
- Sales Promotion: Promote the healthcare products and wellness services under the "Cura Selects" and "Doctor Heals" brands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Self-starter, high-level of personal motivation and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Having sales or marketing experience in (i) healthcare or (ii) online e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
